Most clubs can't afford to gamble on a grant application that might not land, not when that same money is needed to keep the club running. That's why nothing is ever asked upfront.
Grants: if we win, you get 100% of the grant. We invoice you a fee separately, from your own club's funds, never out of the grant itself.
The Member App: your club keeps 80% of what local businesses invest. We keep 20% for recruiting the businesses, building the data, and running the whole partnership. 80% of money your club never had before, for very little work on your part.
Either way: nothing upfront, no monthly fee, and nothing at all if we don't generate anything.
Not quite, and the difference matters. You are always the applicant and it is always your application. Our platform turns your club's own information into a strong, well evidenced draft at speed, what takes a volunteer months takes us a week, and a grant specialist checks every line. But it is your club's knowledge, your project, and you are the one who reviews and submits it. We lift the weight off your shoulders. We do not take the pen out of your hand.
Less than you think. It starts with one conversation to understand your pain points and where you'd like us to help. From there it depends on the engine. For the Member App, it's a couple of hassle free tasks to get businesses onboarded and members activated. For grants, we run a more in-depth project session with some follow-up to capture everything a strong application needs. Either way, everything is built around your committee having an hour a week, not a day.
Nothing owed either way. If a grant doesn't land, you've paid nothing, we only invoice on a win. And if you ever want to stop working with us, it's a rolling agreement with 60 days' notice, no penalty, no long contract to get out of. One thing worth knowing on the Member App side: we hold separate agreements with the businesses we've recruited, so those partnerships need to run their course even if your club steps away, leaving isn't always instant on that side.
Fast to start, and there's a real timeframe on the outcome too. The Member App can be live within weeks. Realistically, you're looking at around three months before real money lands in your account, once the 60-day trial finishes and businesses sign up.
After that, the ongoing side barely takes any time at all. Chasing sponsorship renewals normally eats up hours every year, some clubs lose 10 hours a week during the chasing season alone.
